After a two-and-a-half-year hiatus, Terminal V returned to doing what they do best during Easter Weekend, hosting mind-blowing festivals and events with a long list of world-class talent and a large audience lost in music.

When thousands lost themselves in the middle of the dance floor amongst the mind-boggling production, the pandemic was but a memory, and already thoughts are turning to next year’s Terminal V Easter Weekend Festival on April 8th and 9th 2023, with weekend tickets on sale for £120+ and available via a 12-month payment plan. Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 22nd. Next up is Terminal V Halloween, the yearly alternate event for which more information will be released soon.

This was the first festival of the year, and it was without a doubt the most stunning and majestic Terminal V to date, as well as the largest event of its kind Europe has seen in a long time. The entire Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh was turned into an alternate electronic music world, with no fewer than six completely unique stage designs and meticulously planned line-ups in each warehouse. With loud and booming sound systems, futuristic light shows, and off-the-chart visuals, the production was cutting edge and mind-bending. Each set was a true spectacle, with earth-shattering sounds and sensory-stimulating production adding an extra layer of wonder to every performance.

People flew from all across the UK and even Europe to attend this much-anticipated party, and even the weather cooperated to create an especially unique mood. The local Scottish legends who lined-up this year were in high demand, and the highlights came thick and fast, with Ewan McVicar’s set in the Greenhouse producing a lot of buzz, while the ever-important Fraz.ier was tremendously impressive on the Blackbox + Area V stage.

Also, I Hate Models pulling a Scottish flag from the crowd to wave at the end of his mesmerizing set was a memorable experience, and Amelie Lens closing out Saturday with massive, forceful techno will not be forgotten. On Sunday night in the Greenhouse, Kerri Chandler was on point, holding it down, while Tale Of Us delivered an intergalactic melodic techno masterclass that drew large crowds.

It was an incredible weekend and certainly lived up to the hype after 2.5 years aways. We witnessed some incredible performances over our six newly designed stages and we had an amazing energetic audience in attendance over the two days. It feels great to be back, the wait was worth it! Roll on the festival returning again next year and our special Halloween event that will be announced very soon.
