ARTBAT build on the success of the first single on their newly launched UPPERGROUND label, with the follow up ‘Horizon’.

Despite only starting to work together in 2015, the prolific pair has put out a steady stream of high quality and innovative sounds. After steady releases on many respected outlets, it was time for their own imprint, which was launched just recently with their original Flame.

The ethos of the label is to be an outlet for unique and creative sound made for the dancefloor. ‘Horizon‘ goes back to their roots, where they stay true to their vision and returning to what they are known for: unique and innovative, forward thinking sounds.

Horizon clearly shows ARTBAT’s big arena sound, with its hammering kick and mesmerising synths, guided by the ever trembling bassline. It takes the listener through the ever so eerie and ambient moments, broken by the melodic synths trembling through the body, to release the rolling bassline to set the dancers free, and to finally move the groove forward with its sharp high hats.
