The forward-thinking German artist Jonathan Kaspar is set release another superb single ‘CCC’ as a part of the VA compilation on Cocoon Recordings.

Jonathan Kaspar, a native of Bonn, Germany, is a crucial player in the Cologne scene. He is a resident at the illustrious Gewölbe club in the city and one of the key players in the storied Kompakt record label right now. Kaspar continues doing what he loves most—being a DJ and producer—while continually reinventing himself. He started throwing his own parties in his hometown of Bonn early on to pay for his education. He fell in love with music so deeply after earning his medical degree that he immediately began to produce music and had his very first release on Upon You in 2015. One year later, he had his first appearance on KX and moved on to labels like Objektivity and Pets.

When you believe the acid sound is entirely over, a track like Jonathan Kaspar’sCCC‘ emerges and manages to provide a whole other viewpoint. The squelching bass and noise filter arrive on a wave of anticipatory arpeggios and engage in a duel before Kaspar gets active with a bizarre tempo excursion that will be wrecking dance floors all year long.
