LA native Arash Homampur aka The Archer unveils his revision for Melody’s Enemy single ‘Plastic’, released under There Is A Light label.

Arash created There is a Light for himself and other passionate and experienced musicians, like Grammy-winning producer Dennis White alias Latroit, with the breathing room the 2020 pandemic gave him.

The Archer made his debut in 2021 with the soaring and wistfully ecstatic ‘Lonely Dream,’ which received praise from 6AM, When We Dip, DJ Times, and MixMag Brazil. In contrast, in 2022, they released ‘Northern Star,’ a breathless and kinetic ode to first love that maintains full eye contact throughout the entire song.

The Archer revisits ‘Plastic,’ showcasing his borderline mesmerizing, irresistible techno sound that has won him accolades throughout the whole west coast. The Archer successfully illustrates how even the most straightforward house music tracks can take on a distinct dynamic and style that appeals to any crowd and location by adding his own bouncing flare to Melody’s Enemy’s original release on their new EP. Although the up-and-coming producer is a relative newbie to the scene, his sophisticated sound and production skills are those of a seasoned veteran, further confirming his spot among the top producers in the industry.
