Zürich-based producer & DJ Sesento delivers melodic techno single ‘Schall & Rauch’, which is out now via Pino Music.

One fire track after another, Zürich-based producer & DJ Sesento returns to Pino Music with significant melodic house single ‘Schall & Rauch’. With releases on labels like Diana RecsPsycle, and most recently, Pino Music, the musician highlights his production skills within a wide melodic techno sound design.

The first time Severino Blatter (aka Sesento) heard electronic music was a formative experience that motivated him to begin his own musical experimentation. In 2016, he made the decision to devote himself more seriously to his lifelong love after feeling the need to express his musical vision. Sesento is not a style purist; his upbeat, vibrant music draws from a diverse range of tones. He produces graceful melodies, clear rhythms, and complex textures that gradually develop into pleasant, harmonic excursions, each with its own distinctive and funky touch.

Speaking about the release, it features picky percussion and sweet melodies. The track’s driving nature is revealed through an arpeggio that progressively develops and a solid bassline. ‘Schall & Rauch’ is a song that is appropriate for both a sofa trip and a club setting.
